Dallah Healthcare says completion of Al Nakheel expansion delayed

Dallah Healthcare Co. said the completion of the finishing, electrical and mechanical works for the west expansion of Dallah Hospital Al Nakheel was delayed, as power services have not been provided until now.

 

The expansion’s completion percentage stands at 98%, the company said in a bourse statement, adding there are no costs related to the delay.

 

Any updates regarding the matter will be announced in a timely manner, the statement added.

 

In January 2018, Dallah awarded a SAR 130.7 million mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contract for the West Expansion of Dallah Hospital, Al-Nakheel, Riyadh, to Youssef Marroun Contracting Co., according to data available on Argaam.

 

The planned expansion was originally expected to be complete by June 15, 2019.
