Solidarity inks 3-year marketing deal with Alpha Insurance

Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co. signed on Tuesday a non-exclusive marketing agreement with Alpha Insurance Agency LLC, as a non-exclusive agent, in order to market and sell commercial and individual insurance policies across the Kingdom in favor of Solidarity.

 

The company clarified in a statement sent to Tadawul that the agreement, which has a 3-year term, starts from December 24, 2019 through December 23, 2022, highlighting that it will have a positive financial impact on its financials.
