Saudi Arabia closes December 2019 issuance of SAR 5.09 bln sukuk program

The Ministry of Finance announced that it has closed the December 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 5.099 billion, the ministry said in a statement.

 

The sukuk issuances were divided into 4 tranches as follows:

 

The first tranche has a size of SAR 159 million and a total tranche size of SAR 2.574 billion, maturing in 2025.

 

The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.183 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 1.837 billion, maturing in 2030.

 

The third tranche has a size of SAR 663 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 10.134 billion, maturing in 2034.

 

The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 3.093 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 23.708 billion, maturing in 2049.
