JAZADCO acquires 65% of Mango Jazan Co.

Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) acquired 65% of Mango Jazan Company, an online retail platform intended to sell different types of mangoes, for the total amount of SAR 2.1 million, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

 

The acquisition falls within JAZADCO’s strategy to keep pace with modern technologies and innovative marketing solutions that aim to achieve rapid growth, provide a distinctive customer experience, as well as to promote the company’s products and various products of the Jazan region in the future.

 

The company added that it owns one of the largest mango farms in the Kingdom that includes 15,00 trees with a capacity of 1500 tons per year.
