Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.
1) State-owned Saudi Aramco will debut trading on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday, Dec. 11 with the symbol 2222, and a daily price fluctuation limit of 10%.
2) Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) signed a deal to sell 350 second-hand Rosa-Model buses at book value to Saudi Emirates Integrated Transport Co. (SEITCO) at a total value of SAR 32 million.
3) Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. renewed an agreement with Maharah Human Resources Co. to provide health insurance services to its employees for one year.
4) Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. (Yansab) invited shareholders to submit their candidature for board members elections.
5) The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Anaam International Holding’s request to reduce its capital from SAR 196 million to SAR 15 million.
6) Brent crude on Friday gained $1 to reach $64.39 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also increased 77 cents to reach $59.20/bbl.
