Al Sagr renews medical insurance deal with Maharah

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. renewed an agreement with Maharah Human Resources Co. to provide health insurance services for its employees for one year.

 

The contract was awarded on December 4, 2019 and is expected to be signed on December 12, 2019, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

The agreement is not a related-party deal and represents above 5% of the total annual sales of Al Sagr insurance, the statement added.

 

In November 2018, Maharah renewed its insurance contract with Al Sarg for a value of SAR 19.9 million, according to data available on Argaam.
