MIS wins contract worth over 5% of its 2018 revenues

Al Moammar Information System Co. (MIS) announced it has been awarded a contract amounting to more than 5% of the total company’s revenue for the fiscal year of 2018, according to the audited financial statements for the period.

 

The contract includes the supply and installation of IT systems in accordance with agreed terms and conditions, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The deal was awarded on November 19, 2019, while the contract is expected to be signed on December 19, 2019.

 

No related parties are involved in the deal, the statement added.

 

In 2018, MIS reported revenue of SAR 886.15 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
