Zahrat Al Waha shareholders approve 7.5% dividend for H1 2019

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co.’s shareholders approved on Nov. 21 a 7.5% cash dividend for H1 2019, at SAR 0.75 per share, amounting to SAR 11.25 million, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board was also authorized to distribute biannual or quarterly dividends for fiscal year 2019.
