Alinma Bank appointed Abdulmalek Al-Hogail as new board chairman, effective on Nov. 20 for the current three-year term ending May 20, 2022.
Al-Hoqail, an independent board member, will also serve as the executive committee chairman, replacing late Abdulaziz Al-Zamil, the bank said in a bourse statement.
Hamad Al-Bazai, non-executive member, was also named deputy chairman.
Abdulrahman Adas was appointed as a board member and an executive committee member.
The new appointments were approved by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) on Nov. 20.
