Al Othaim to pay 9M 2019 dividend on Dec. 12

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. will pay cash dividend for the first nine months of 2019 on Dec. 12, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Nov. 21, including those registered in the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Earlier this month, the company’s board of directors recommended a cash dividend of 15 percent for 9M 2019, at SAR 1.5 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
