Jarir Marketing Company’s board of directors recommended a cash dividend of 25 percent of the capital (equivalent to SAR 2.5 per share) for the third quarter of FY2019, it said in a bourse statement.
The total amount to be distributed as dividend is SAR 300 million.
Shareholders who own shares on maturity as on November 18, 2019, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity will be eligible for dividends, the statement added.
