Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) will open today, Oct. 31, the remote electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), including capital cut.
The e-voting will run through Nov. 4 till 4:00 pm, the company said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders can register in Tadawulaty portal and vote online via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa.
SPMC shareholders were invited by the board of directors to vote on 62.45 percent capital cut from SAR 245 million to SAR 92 million in the extraordinary general assembly (EGM) scheduled for Nov. 4.
