SPM names new board chairman

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) has named Fahad bin Mohamed Al Dawood as the new chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The step followed the resignation of the company’s chairman Saad Al Shammary from his roles as a board chairman, a board member and the head of audit committee.

 

The resignation is effective starting from Oct. 30, 2019.
