SPM shareholders call for meeting to vote on sacking board

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) said it received a letter from two shareholders owning over 5 percent of capital, requesting to hold an ordinary general assembly meeting to vote on sacking all board members.

 

The two shareholders also asked to vote on electing a new board of directors, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

SPM said it will take necessary measures in accordance with the rules and regulations.
