The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has approved Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s request to transition its shares from the parallel market to the main market, according to a bourse statement.
The company is capitalized at SAR 45.21 million, divided into 4.52 million shares.
A trading halt will be placed on the company’s shares as of Oct. 29, 2019 for at least five sessions to finalize the transition procedures.
The company’s board of directors approved earlier this month the transition from the parallel market to the main market.
