Dentons has expanded its practice in Saudi Arabia with new hires for its office in Jeddah, it said in a statement.
The law firm hired corporate practitioner Imtyaz Sattar who joins as Counsel and Saudi litigator Salman Aloraifi who joins as Associate.
Sattar has over ten years of experience advising on commercial and corporate, capital markets, government regulatory and joint venture matters for major international and local companies in Saudi Arabia with a particular focus on the oil and gas sector.
Aloraifi is a top-ranked litigator who has successfully represented both local and foreign corporates in some of the most high profile litigation and arbitration matters in Saudi Arabia in recent years.
"Their combined knowledge of the legal and business environments in both Riyadh and Jeddah is unrivalled and will assist greatly with the growth of our Saudi practice," Paul Jarvis, Dentons' managing partner for the Middle East, said.
