Tadawul to list SAR 5.5 bln debt instruments under previously-listed class

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) approved a request from the Ministry of Finance to list debt instruments worth SAR 5.5 billion starting Oct. 24.

 

A request was submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for instruments from a class already listed.

 

Tadawul will raise the issuance dated March 15, 2019 by SAR 362 million to SAR 9.5 billion.

 

The value of the issuance dated April 30, 2019 will be increased by SAR 5.1 billion to SAR 20.6 billion on Oct. 29.
