Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have agreed on resuming oil production in the neutral zone (divided zone), Marzouq Al Ghanim, spokesman, Kuwaiti National Assembly, said.
The agreement with Saudi Arabia about the Saudi-Kuwaiti neutral zone reflects the depth of the two countries relationship, Al Ghanim added.
Earlier today, Kuwait-based Al Anba newspaper cited oil sources as saying that companies operating the fields of Wafra and Khafji will hold meetings this week to develop a plan to operate the two fields and set a timeline for the start of production operations, particularly, in Wafra oil field
