Tadawul expects the first dual listing of a foreign company to take place early 2020, according to its chief markets officer Mohammed Al-Rumaih.
“Talks are ongoing as there is a growing desire of major GCC companies and outside the region to be dual listed on Tadawul,” Al-Rumaih told Al Arabiya TV.
Al-Rumaih’s comments came as Tadawul allowed the listing of foreign companies, following the Capital Market Authority (CMA) amendment of listing requirements.
