1) Saudi Cabinet has approved the draft charter of cooperation among oil producing countries.
2) Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) saw three negotiated deals on its shares on Tuesday.
3) United Electronics Company (eXtra) reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 133.5 million for the first 9 months of 2019.
4) Zahrat Al Waha Trading Co. has renewed a SAR 50 million Shariah-compliant credit facility from Saudi British Bank (SABB).
5) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. expects SAR 37 million loss on terminating a contract by Ministry of Transport.
6) Raydan Restaurants and Cuisines Co.’s board of directors has approved a decision to move the company to the Saudi’s main stock market, Tadawul All Share Index (TASI).
7) Baazeem Trading Company’s board of directors approved on Oct. 7 the company’s transition from Nomu Parallel Market to Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
8) Brent crude on Wednesday dropped 0.39 percent to $58.01 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also decreased 0.46 percent to $52.39/bbl.
