Saudi Arabia will officially launch the unified government services portal next year, which will provide easy access to digital services to Saudis and residents, a senior government official told Argaam.

“The concept of the portal (my.gov.sa) basically aims to unify the government services under one portal,” Khalid Alomar, director, National Portal, Yesser e-Government Program, said at the Gitex Technology Week in Dubai.

While the soft launch took place in July 2019, citizens can register and log in to check information such as their real estate loans, traffic fines, health services, family and life events, business and entrepreneurship, value-added tax, zakat certificate, Hajj and Umrah services, employment opportunities, educational, justice and law-related services among others.

The my.gov.sa portal will serve as a single point with unified digital identity that provides citizens and visitors with an access to all government services quickly and easily. It will also be a single source for all the government information and services.
