Amiantit deposits share fraction sale proceeds

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. will deposit on Oct. 16 around SAR 104,799 proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in shareholders’ portfolios, it said in a bourse statement.

 

The company sold 5,490 shares at an average price of SAR 19.12 each.

 

In September, the company’s shareholders have approved a 70.2 percent capital cut to SAR 344.52 million from SAR 1.155 billion during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on Sept. 8, 2019.
