SIECO shareholders approve new audit committee

Saudi Industrial Export Co.’s (SIECO) ordinary general assembly approved on Oct. 1 the formation of the new audit committee, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

The committee was formed for the new term starting from Oct. 1 to June 15, 2022, SIECO added.
