Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) expects financial statements of Q1 2019 to be delayed until Nov. 30, 2019, the insurer said in a bourse statement on Monday.
Wafa Insurance was unable to publish its financial results on time as it hasn’t completed the required procedures to prepare the statements.
It would be difficult to measure the financial impact of delaying the publication of the period financials, the Saudi insurer added.
The insurer expected earlier to publish its financial results for Q1 2019 by Sept. 30, 2019.
