1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has updated the number of free float shares for all listed companies for Q3 2019 (Sept. 26).
2) CMA approves Maaden’s capital hike through SAR 2.99 bln debt conversion.
3) Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. has signed a binding merger agreement with MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Co. to acquire all stakes held by the latter’s shareholders.
4) Yamama Cement has decided to sell its old production lines number 1:5 ahead of moving to the new location.
5) SABB Takaful Co. has renewed the group care policy for Saudi British Bank (SABB) after obtaining the approval of Marsh Broker.
6) The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) board of directors has announced a 5 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019.
7) Brent crude rose 0.03 percent on Monday to reach $61.93 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also rose 0.16 percent to reach $56.00/bbl.
