Yamama Cement Co. has decided to sell its old production lines number 1:5 ahead of moving to the new location, the company said in a bourse statement.
The lines have a production capacity of 5,600 tons of clinker per day and are fully depreciated in the company’s books.
The decision will not have any impact on the company’s liabilities and the financial impact will be disclosed later, the statement added.
In January 2017, Yamama Cement’s board of directors resolute to temporarily shutdown old production lines number 1:5, Argaam reported earlier.
