Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.
1) Derayah REIT has completed the acquisition of a logistics complex for SAR 54.65 million in Saudi Arabia.
2) Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group's board of directors on Sept. 24 recommended a capital hike through a SAR 112.66 million rights issue.
3) National Petrochemical Co.’s (Petrochem) board of directors has approved to reduce the capital of subsidiary Saudi Polymers Company to SAR 1.41 billion from SAR 4.8 billion.
4) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. is expected to post a drop of SAR 16 million in expenses over the next five years, after the Saudi Cabinet decided to cover the incremental cost of expatriates working in all licensed industrial facilities.
5) Brent crude on Thursday gained 4 cents to reach $62.43 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also increased 5 cents to reach $56.54/bbl.
