Edaa announces corporate action on Advanced Petrochemical

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) has implemented the securities quantity increase for Advanced Petrochemical Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Sunday, Sep. 22, according to a bourse filing.

 

Last week, the company's shareholders approved a 10 percent capital hike to SAR 2.16 billion from SAR 1.97 billion, through issuance of one bonus share for every ten shares held.
