Communication ministry, HADAF plan to nationalize 14,000 jobs in ITC sector

The Saudi Ministry of Communication and Information Technology and Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) have launched a joint Saudization program that targets 14,000 positions in the Information Technology and Communication (ITC) sector.

 

The program is divided into four phases, with first phase targets technical support positions, and second phase targets data analysis positions. The third and fourth phases will target project management and call centers positions. 

 

The ministry will oversee the implementation of the three first phases of the program, including hiring, training, guiding and supervising the training and ensuring its quality, while the Fund will provide facilities related to subscribing companies and job seekers in the national job web portal in coordination with the ministry.

 

The supported positions will includes artificial intelligence, internet of things, games development, programming, data base, quality of programming, management and operation of apps and networks.
