CMA fines Thimar SAR 80,000 for violating listing regulations

Saudi market regulator, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) has imposed a fine of SAR 80,000 on National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) due to violating the listing regulations, according to a CMA statement.

 

Thimar did not disclose its board of directors’ report for FY ending on Dec. 31, 2018 within the specified period, and also delayed announcing required data related to the same FY to Feb. 9, 2019.

 

The company also delayed posting its financials for the period ending on March 31, 2019.
