Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.
1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday said it will extend the closing auction and trade-at-last sessions for 20 minutes each on Sept. 19.
2) Middle East Paper Co. (MEPCO) renewed and amended its Shariah-compliant banking facility with National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) on Sunday.
3) Jabal Omar Development Co.’s board of directors appointed on Sept. 11 Khaled Al-Amoudi as the new chief executive officer, effective from Nov. 1, 2019.
4) Several Saudi-listed companies said some of their subsidiaries and plants have seen a cut in feedstock supplies as of Sep. 14, 2019 due to the drone attacks on Saudi Aramco oil facilities.
5) Brent crude on Monday jumped $5.99 to reach $66.21 per barrel whereas WTI Crude also surged $4.81 to reach $59.66/bbl.
