Al Sorayai to deposit proceeds from fractional shares on Sept. 26

Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group Co. has sold 12,584 fractional shares on Sept. 5, 2019 at SAR 42.19 per share for a total of SAR 530,079, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds have been deposited into shareholders accounts on Sept. 26, 2019, the statement added.

 

Last month, Al Sorayai ’s shareholders have approved a 70.89 percent capital cut to SAR 65.5 million from SAR 225 million, Argaam reported.
