Nama Chemicals Co.’s board of directors accepted on Tuesday the resignation of board member Mohammed Al Shaya, effective on Sept. 9, the firm said in a bourse statement.
Al Shaya – who joined Nama board on Feb. 27, 2019 as an independent member – tendered his resignation on Sept. 9 for personal reasons, the statement added.
