Yanbu Cement amends record date for H1 2019 dividend

Yanbu Cement Co. has amended the record date of H1 2019 dividend to Oct. 3, 2019 instead of Oct. 30, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In August, the company’s board of directors recommended paying cash dividend at 7.5 percent, or SAR 0.75 a share, totaling around SAR 118.13 million for H1 2019, Argaam reported earlier.
