Tadawul launches disclosure professional certificate

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has launched the disclosure professional certificate for issuers of securities and investment funds in the capital market, it said in a statement on Sunday.

 

The move aims to enhance quality of disclosures, improve transparency and elevate the required skills for disclosure officers.

 

The disclosure professional certificate will be mandatory for issuers and investment funds as of Jan. 1, 2021.

 

Training material and registration for the exam will be available through the Financial Academy from today (September 8), the statement said.
