Arabian Centres has signed a four-year sponsorship deal with Spanish football club, Almeria, it said in a statement on Tuesday.
The Arabian Centres logo has already featured on the team’s shirts for their first three games of the season in Spain’s La Liga 2 and the deal includes Arabian Centres branding featured in the stadium and on pitch side advertising.
“Arabian Centres is tapping into the huge interest among Saudi youth in Spanish football and hopes to communicate with its audience through one of their favorite sports,” Omar Almohammady, Executive Board Member of Arabian Centres and CEO of the Fawaz Al Hokair Group, said.
“There is an enormous interest in Spanish football here in the Kingdom and we are delighted to have signed this significant sponsorship deal with Almeria,” he said.
“Our goal is to help the club to grow and prosper for the future and we are very excited about the prospects for this club in the years to come,” Almohammady added.
Almeria is in second place in the league after the opening fixtures.
