8 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

 

1) Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) will disclose its financial statements for fiscal year 2018 after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.

 

2) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. expects to disclose its financial statements for the fiscal year ending on Dec. 31, 2018 before Sept. 22, 2019.

 

3) Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance has appointed Eng. Loay Hisham Nazer as the chairman of the board of directors.

 

4) Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) will pay cash dividend for the first half of 2019 on Sept. 2, 2019.

 

5) Salama Cooperative Insurance Company received on Aug. 20 a letter from Al Firdous Group requesting immediate cancelation of all insurance contracts with the insurer.

 

6) Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) is in talks with banks to refinance as much SAR 8 billion ($2.1 billion) of debt to lower borrowing costs.

 

7) Abdullah A. M. Al Khodari Sons Co.’s board of directors has invited shareholders to attend a presentation on the company’s restructuring plan on Sept. 9, 2019.

 

8) Brent crude on Monday fell 24 cents to reach $59.01 per barrel whereas WTI Crude gained 2 cents to reach $55.12/bbl.
