Foreign investors hiked stakes in 90 listed firms on Aug. 27

Qualified foreign investors (QFIs) increased their stakes in 90 Tadawul-listed firms on Tuesday, Aug. 27, while 25 companies saw foreign investors cutting stakes, market data compiled by Argaam showed.

 

The Co. for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) topped the list of companies seeing increased purchases by foreign investors by 0.84 percent, followed by Saudi Cement Co. by 0.76 percent.

 

Meanwhile, Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al Rajhi Takaful) and Al Jouf Cement Co. saw the highest stock sales by foreign investors, with QFIs offloading 0.13 percent and 0.08 percent, respectively.
