Tadawul sets fluctuation limits for Abo Moati stock after capital hike

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said that the fluctuation limits on Thursday Aug. 22, 2019 for Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 13.60. 

 

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into the investor’s portfolios by Monday, Aug. 28, 2019.

 

The company’s shareholders approved on Wednesday the board’s recommendation to raise the company’s capital to SAR 200 million from SAR 160 million through the issuance of bonus shares, Argaam reported earlier.
