National Building approves dividend freeze for FY18

National Building & Marketing Co.'s shareholders approved on Wednesday the board's recommendation on withholding dividend for FY ending Dec. 31, 2018, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report and auditor report, as well as the financial statements for FY18. Additionally, board bonuses at SAR 125,000 were also endorsed during the meeting.

 

Board members were discharged from liability for FY18, and an external auditor was appointed for FY19 and Q1 2020.
