Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund reported a net profit of SAR 37.23 million (SAR 0.24 per unit) for the first half of 2019 compared to a profit of SAR 27.92 million for the period from Feb. 11, 2018 until June 30, 2018, Jadwa Investment, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.
The operating expenses for the period reached SAR 10.2 million in addition to a depreciation in real estate investment of SAR 18.13 million.
Net assets at book value stood at SAR 1.555 billion or while the units book value was at SAR 9.84 per unit as of June 30, 2019.
