Aljazira Mawten REIT incurs SAR 3 mln loss in H1 2019

Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund posted a net loss of SAR 2.83 million for H1 2019, Aljazira Capital, the fund manager, said in a bourse statement.  

 

Net Asset Value (NAV) reached SAR 107.1 million, while per unit value hit SAR 9.07.

 

Total expenses and fees reached SAR 770,533.

 

Total number of issued units hit 11.8 million for the same period.

 

The fund recorded a return of -9.38 percent for the first half of the year, the statement added.
