Al-Khodari expects to disclose Q2 2019 financials by October-end

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. expects to publish Q2 2019 financial statements by the end of October 2019, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

The Saudi contractor was unable to publish its financial results on time as it has not yet revealed FY2018 financials and Q1 2019 financials.

 

The relevant financial impact cannot be defined at present, the statement added.

 

In late April, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has placed a trading halt on shares of Al-Khodari until the company discloses its fiscal financial statements, Argaam earlier reported.
