Go shareholders disapprove remuneration policy

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) ordinary general assembly disapproved the remuneration policy for the members of the board, committees and executive management, the telecom operator said in a bourse statement.

During the meeting on Sunday, shareholders approved the firm’s financial statements and audit reports for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2018.

They also discharged board members from liabilities for the year, and approved next year’s contracts and deals with related parties.
