Solidarity gets SAMA nod on chairman, deputy chairman

Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co. has received the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) no objection letter on appointing Abdulellah Ebrahim Al-Qassimi as board chairman for the current three-year term started on June 9, 2019, the company said in  a bourse statement.

 

The letter also included SAMA’s no objection on appointing Ashraf Adnan Besiso as deputy chairman for the same term, the statement added.

 

The Saudi Central Bank also approved appointing members of the board committees.
