The Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) started installing 25 self-service devices in some of its branches across the Kingdom to help Saudis perform various services and loan inquiries around the clock.
“The new optimal e-services will allow citizens to fulfill the procedures required for receiving subsidized loans outside the fund’s official working hours,” REDF spokesperson, Hamoud Al-Osaimi, told the Saudi Press Agency.
The new devices are designed to implement over 20 e-services, including beneficiary file updates, inquiry about subsidized loans and payments, payment services, waivers, satisfaction of mortgages.
Users will be also able be informed about beneficiary contracts, status, procedures required by financing firms, along with the “Know your Number” service, Al-Osaimi added.
