Walaa Insurance names Chairman, Vice Chairman

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company has appointed Sulaiman Bin Abdullah Al Kadi as the chairman of the board of directors for a three-year term which started on May 26, 2019, the insurance company said in a bourse statement on Monday. 

 

Walaa Insurance’s board of directors also named Khalifa Abdullatif Al Mulhim as Vice Chairman, and formed the executive and audit committees.
