Saudi Arabia's Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) published a rating index for telecommunication service providers in terms of complaints received in the first quarter of 2019.
The total number of complaints dropped 8 percent year-on-year (YoY) in Q1 2019.
Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) accounted for the highest number of complaints of mobile services per 100,000 subscribers, while Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) recorded the highest number of complaints in terms of fixed line services per 100,000 subscribers.
