The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) today has lifted the trading suspension placed on shares of National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar), the bourse said in a statement.
The trading halt has been in place since June 18, 2019 as the company failed to publish its financial statements for Q1 2019 during the legally specified period.
On June 27, Thimar posted a net loss after zakat and tax of SAR 2.2 million compared to a net profit of SAR 1.5 million.
On June 18, Tadawul suspended trading Thimar shares pending the company's disclosure of Q1 2019 financial results, Argaam reported.
