Saudi Arabian Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) board of directors on April 20 appointed board member Saud Abdulazizi Al-Sulaiman as the new vice-chairman effective April 23, until the end of the term on April 30, 2018.
This follows the resignation of Prince Mohammed bin Khalid bin Turki Al Saudi (an executive board member) from his position as the company’s vice-chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
Prince Mohammed will remain as SARCO’s managing director.
